2010 NJCAA Baseball All-Americans Released
June 7, 2010
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (June 7, 2010) -- The 2010 NJCAA Baseball All-American teams for each of the three divisions of play have been selected and released. For the second straight year over 10,000 student-athletes suited up to play NJCAA baseball this season, which is the most athletes to participate in any NJCAA sport for the 2009-10 academic year.
Of the 10,000 student-athletes that suited up this year in the sport of baseball in Divisions I, II and III, only 126 earned NJCAA All-America honors.

NJCAA Baseball Player of the Week
May 12, 2010

The Division II Player of the Week is
Juan Carlos Martinez of Northern Oklahoma College
Martinez was fantastic last week hitting .800 (12-15) with nine runs, one double, four triples, two RBI's, three walks, and six stolen bases.
On May 4, in two wins over Carl Albert State College, Martinez had a career day going a perfect 8-for-8 from the plate with seven runs, one double, one triple, two RBI's, one walk, and a ridiculous six stolen bases. With these stolen bases, Martinez has broken the NJCAA Record for stolen bases in a season and now sits at an incredible 81 stolen bases.
On May 6, in two more wins over Redlands CC, Martinez went 4-for-7 with two runs, three doubles and two walks.

Congrats on the latest Newly Signed
