Step 1:

You need to thePortal and login.

Step 2:

After your logged in Click on the Cell Messaging Tab.

Step 3:

Fill out the Information on the Page and Submit.

Step 4:

After you submit you should recive a Text with a Verification code enter that in this Screen that should automatically pop up *NOTE* you may need to temporarily allow popups!
