DR. JOE KINZER (Tonkawa, OK): President of Northern Oklahoma College since 1990, he has spent over 20 years in higher education as a faculty member and has over 20 years experience as an academic administrator. Dr. Kinzer’s academic credentials include an A.S. in Business Administration, B.S. in Management, M.S. in Technical Education—Computer Systems, and his Ed.D. in Higher Education Administration From Oklahoma State University.


ANITA SIMPSON (Tonkawa, Oklahoma): Vice President for Financial Affairs. Mrs. Simpson received an Associate of Science Degree in Business Administration from Northern Oklahoma College in 1986; a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University in 1988; and passed the Certified Public Accountant exam in August 1999. Mrs. Simpson has been at Northern Oklahoma College since 1994.


MARION TUCKER (Tonkawa, Oklahoma): Vice President for Information Technology. Mrs. Tucker received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Washington University, St. Louis, Missouri, in 1958; a Master of Science Degree in Math from Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas, in 1962; and is presently a Ph.D. candidate in Computer Science at Oklahoma State University. Mrs. Tucker came to Northern Oklahoma College in 1980 and has served as Vice President for Information Technology since 1995.


ROGER STACY, Ed.D. (Tonkawa, Oklahoma): Vice President for Academic Affairs. Dr. Stacy received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 1976; a Master of Education Degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 1977; and a Doctor of Education Degree from Oklahoma State University in 1980. Dr. Stacy came to Northern Oklahoma College in 1998.


MICK WEIBERG (Tonkawa, Oklahoma): Vice President for Student Affairs. Mr. Weiberg received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Education from East Central State University in 1969, and a Master of Education Degree from East Central State University in 1970. Mr. Weiberg came to Northern Oklahoma College in 1987 as instructor and men’s basketball coach. Presently, he is the Athletic Director, Coach, and Vice President for Student Affairs.


EDWIN R. VINEYARD, Ed.D. (Enid, Oklahoma): Vice President for Enid Campus. Dr. Vineyard received an Associate of Science Degree in Business Administration from Northern Oklahoma College in 1981; a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management and Economics from Oklahoma State University in 1983; a Master of Science Degree in Economics from Oklahoma State University in 1987; and a Doctor of Education Degree in Higher Education Administration from Oklahoma State University in 1989. Dr. Vineyard started teaching part-time at Northern Oklahoma College in 1985.


SHERI SNYDER (Tonkawa, Oklahoma):  Vice President for Development and Community Relations. Mrs. Snyder received an Associate of Arts Degree in Social Science from Northern Oklahoma College in 1991; a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology from Oklahoma State University in 1993; and a Master of Education Degree in Adult Education Management and Administration from Northwestern Oklahoma State University in 2003. Mrs. Snyder has been at Northern Oklahoma College since 1993.
